Petr Maceček

Petr Maceček has started playing the piano from an early age, which led him to improvisation, jazz and eventually to the drum set in which he found his lifelong passion. He graduated from the Master's program at JAMU and today is an active player on the Brno jazz scene. He has been teaching drums for over 15 years - he has been approaching it innovatively and creatively, in order to share the enthusiasm and expand the musical horizons to both young and experienced students. In addition, it has the opportunity to draw inspiration from the first -hand field thanks to its role as the leader of the jazzfestbrno festival.
