Teach For Austria

2050: Every child has the chance for a good life - no matter how much money or education their parents have.

That is the vision of Teach For Austria. The core of Teach For Austria’s work is the fellow program. Teach For Austria's two-year leadership program brings particularly ambitious university graduates from a wide range of disciplines as full-time teachers or educators in challenging schools and kindergartens. Teach For Austria calls the program participants fellows and sees them as initiators who enrich everyday learning through their diverse study backgrounds and professional experiences. You work with children and young people who are at high risk of dropping out of their education early.
