The Halo Trees

The Halo Trees' musical journey began sometime in 2016 in Berlin. Songwriter, guitarist and singer Sascha Blach - a creative chameleon who has already traveled through different musical worlds - had no choice but to embark on this new journey into the unknown. Vision: deep and melancholic music with a lot of space for the voice and hand-crafted instrumentation. A soothing sound universe, inspired by David Bowie, Editors, Mark Lanegan, The National or Nick Cave. A mix of indie-rock, pop, wave and post-rock with lots of tom-toms, melodic basslines, atmospheric guitars, catchy violins and sonorous, warm vocals.
