The Wild Within – Spiritual Exploration & Connection

This is a deep and playful space to explore areas of self-exploration and growth such as purpose, creativity, mindfulness, relationships, and tapping into our WILD, true nature. Think of The Wild Within as a playground to explore your true essence and expand your sense of meaning and purpose, and authentic connection with others and yourself!

This group is for those who are ready to play full out with an open heart, explore and unleash ALL the sides of themselves, those who are passionate about personal growth, spiritual exploration, and conscious living. It's for those who want to unlock parts of themselves they may not have explored yet – and do it in a TRIBE of others seeking to live as deeply and fully as possible.

**Types of events we will explore in this group:**

🧘‍♀️ Yoga classes
🌬️ Breathwork journeys
🧠 Mindfulness workshops
🎨 Creative sessions
🔥 Purpose exploration
☕️ Cacao ceremonies
🌿 Plant and earth medicine
🫶 Authentic Relating
🌖 Moon circles

A bit about me: I am a somatic coach and facilitator, breathwork therapist, psychedelic integration guide, and retreat leader. My journey has taken me from the Northwest to Thailand, Bali, India and Peru (where I have a partial home base) - and it is my biggest joy and passion to co-create an enlivening spiritual community here in Portland!

Looking forward to share time together with you! 💕✨🦋🪶🪷
