DeFacto Open Mic

We have a supportive atmosphere that respects each other. Keep your conversations at a low volume during performances, or take your loud voices to the garden outside. This is NOT a jam session where the same people play endlessly all night. Our 20 minute time limit gives everyone a chance to play. 20 minutes includes the setup time.. just bring your talent and favourite instrument, not egos and tons of sound equipment . We have two microphones, a five channel mixer, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, electric bass, keyboard and cajon available for your use! Come join us and have fun! We play until midnight. We are very supportive of original songs that you have written, and we also love hearing songs in every language! We have had performers singing in Czech, Danish, Portugeuse, Tagalog, Bengali, Japanese, Polish, Spanish, Romanian, and many other languages!
