✨ Čítajme všetci, čítanie je super
Motivačná súťaž pre žiakov 1. stupňa ZŠ má v tomto roku už 62-ročnú tradíciu. Podporuje čitateľské návyky, informačnú gramotnosť a zábavnou formou približuje svet kníh. Deti počas školského roka navštevujú knižnicu, objavujú jej priestory, zapájajú sa do tvorivých dielní, besied, výstav i vzdelávacích aktivít – vrátane práce s 3D tlačou, ozobotmi či mikrobitmi.
Súťaž prebieha v troch vekových kategóriách, žánre poézia a próza. Odborná porota, zložená z regionálnej spisovateľky a pedagógov, vyberie najzaujímavejšie príspevky, ktorých autori budú slávnostne ocenení práve počas tohto podujatia.
Reprezentatívny zbor s úspechmi doma i v zahraničí, pod vedením dirigentky Simonety Adamkovej.
„Mladšia sestra“ Osminkov taktiež pod vedením Ľudmily Čahojovej vznikla na jeseň 2024, no už dnes poteší svojím prejavom a súzvukom.
📖🖊️🎶 Príďte podporiť mladé talenty, objaviť krásu slova a užiť si popoludnie plné inšpirácie a kreativity. Tešíme sa na vás v Trenčíne!
Spoluorganizátor podujatia je Verejná knižnica Michala Rešetku v Trenčíne

✨ Let’s all read, reading is great
This motivational competition for primary school pupils has a 62-year tradition this year. It supports reading habits, information literacy, and introduces the world of books in a fun way. During the school year, children visit the library, explore its spaces, and participate in creative workshops, discussions, exhibitions, and educational activities – including work with 3D printing, Ozobots, and Micro:bits. During the event, we will award the most active participants who not only borrowed books, but also actively participated in the life of the library.
✍️ I write, you write, we write
This literary competition for primary school pupils supports the development of literary talent and imagination. In 2026, the 24th edition is taking place. The competition is held in three age categories and in the genres of poetry and prose. An expert jury composed of a regional writer and teachers will select the most interesting contributions, whose authors will be ceremonially awarded during this event.
🎶 Musical performances – a singing experience from the region
Children’s choirs bringing freshness, energy, and the joy of music will perform on stage:
Bosé osy – Dezider Kardoš Elementary School of Arts, Bánovce nad Bebravou
A representative choir with successes both at home and abroad, under the direction of conductor Simoneta Adamková.
Osminky – Karol Pádivý Elementary School of Arts, Svinná branch
A young choir under the direction of Ľudmila Čahojová was founded in 2022 and quickly developed into a distinctive musical ensemble.
Voiceana – Karol Pádivý Elementary School of Arts, Trenčín
The “younger sister” of Osminky, also under the direction of Ľudmila Čahojová, was founded in autumn 2024, but already today delights with its expression and harmony.
📖🖊️🎶 Come support young talents, discover the beauty of words, and enjoy an afternoon full of inspiration and creativity. We look forward to seeing you in Trenčín!
The co-organizer of the event is the Michal Rešetka Public Library in Trenčín.
