Coming Home to Yourself | Calligraphy Health Weekend Workshop
Podujatie organizuje: Emilia Zalewska
Umiestnenie: Lighthouse Club, Bulharská 37, Trnava
Zdravie a wellness
O podujatí
Sometimes nothing is obviously wrong, yet it can still be difficult to feel truly at ease. The body may hold tension, breathing may feel restricted, or we may remain unable to fully settle.
This practical weekend introduces Calligraphy Health, a moving meditation rooted in the ancient Chinese traditions of qigong and neigong.
The practice works not only with external movement, but also with natural breathing, blood circulation, the meridian system and the internal organs. Movement is initiated from within, allowing the body to move in a softer, more continuous and integrated way.
🟠 During the weekend, you will:
🌊 release accumulated stress and tension
🌊 rest and recharge while remaining gently active
🌊 experience greater warmth, peace and ease
🌊 learn to connect movement, breathing and internal awareness
🌊 receive a simple routine and recordings for home practice
Each movement will be introduced gradually, with clear guidance, repetition and time for questions. The workshop is open to complete beginners and experienced students. The movements are gentle, adaptable and can also be practised seated.
