⑥ Posledné tohtoročné Jašenie bude špeciálne. V podpalubí lode Subdeck zahrajú až štyria DJs. V back-to-back setoch sa predstavia česko-slovenské dídžejské dvojice: Akira B2B Young Aesthete a Kewu B2B Wyme

Jašenie je dvojhodinová intenzívna párty s DJmi uprostred ľudí, ktorá je sprevádzaná svetelnou inštaláciou a zaznamenaná na video.

→ AKIRA je legenda českej DJ-skej scény, rodák z Karlových Varov, ktorý hráva už od roku 1998. Počas DJ-ských vandroviek po Anglicku, Islande, Taliansku, Nemecku a Rakúsku sa ukázal po boku mien ako Chase & Status, Flowdan, Disclosure, Interplanetary Criminal, Kruder & Dorfmeister, Dimension, Sub Focus, Wilkinson, Netsky, Pendulum a mnoho ďalších. Jeho rozmanitý štýl hrania nepozná žánrové hranice – jungle, liquid funk, techstep a neurofunk mixuje s UK garage, dubstepom, grime, či hip hop-om.

→ KEWU je jeden z najvýraznejších DJ-ov pražskej scény. Je rezidentom legendárnych Addict raves, spoluzakladateľom BLAM! parties a moderátorom vlastnej show Flám na Rádiu Wave Českého rozhlasu. V setoch mieša rýchle crazy rytmy so silným vplyvom latinskoamerických a hispánskych tanečných kultúr.

→ WYME je zakladateľka queer safe-space klubovej noci xeno- a vášnivá zvuková experimentátorka. Kombinuje zvuk global bass, jersey club a breaks s karibskými, juhoamerickými a africkými prvkami.

⑥ Jašenie is a 2-hour intense party with DJs in the middle of the crowd, accompanied by a light installation and recorded on video. The event breaks down the barrier between the audience and the DJs – celebrating music with dancing and performative DJ sets in a communal setting.

The sixth edition of the event features two Czecho-Slovak back-to-back DJ sets: Akira B2B Young Aesthete and Kewu B2B Wyme.

→ AKIRA is a legend of the Czech DJ scene, from Karlovy Vary, who has been playing since 1998. During his DJ wanderings across England, Iceland, Italy, Germany and Austria, he has appeared alongside names like Chase & Status, Flowdan, Disclosure, Interplanetary Criminal, Kruder & Dorfmeister, Dimension, Sub Focus, Wilkinson, Netsky, Pendulum and many more. His diverse playing style knows no genre boundaries - he mixes jungle, liquid funk, techstep and neurofunk with UK garage, dubstep, grime and hip hop.

→ KEWU is one of the most influential DJs of the Prague scene. He is a resident of the legendary Addict raves, co-founder of BLAM! parties and host of his own show Flám on Radio Wave of the Czech National Radio. In his sets he blends fast crazy rhythms with a strong influence of Latin American and Hispanic dance cultures.

→ WYME is the founder of queer safe-space club night xeno- and a passionate sound experimenter. She combines global bass, jersey club and breaks sounds with Caribbean, South American and African elements.

→ YOUNG AESTHETE is the founder and curator of the Bratislava-based brand Jasenie. In his sets he combines his own production with DJ edits in variations of genres of mostly British garage, bass and break music. In addition, he shakes the rattles and beats the bongos in the Berlin-Slovakian band Tolstoys.
