Using LEGO® building blocks, participants will create models representing key stakeholders, their interests, influence, relationships, and potential tensions.

Rather than simply mapping stakeholders on paper, you’ll build, share, and discuss your perspective. The hands-on approach creates space to uncover connections, challenge assumptions, and see your stakeholder ecosystem from new angles.
