Čo je 5Rytmov®?
5Rytmov je jednoduchá forma meditácie v pohybe, ktorú môže praktizovať každý, bez ohľadu na vek, skúsenosti alebo fyzické schopnosti.
Nie je potrebné dodržiavať žiadne kroky, učiť sa choreografiu ani sa báť, že to robíte nesprávne. Jedinými požiadavkami sú telo, ktoré stále dýcha, srdce, ktoré stále bije, a myseľ, ktorá je stále zvedavá.

Hudbu na tanec na vlne 5Rytmov® pre vás zostavuje Miša Trizuljaková, akreditovaná ako lektor 5Rhythms® , zatiaľ jediná na Slovensku.

Každú stredu tancujeme v Novej Cvernovke, v priestore TELOCVIČŇA . Rezidenčné Centrum pre tanec,
V telocvični sú dubové parkety, na nich baletizol.

Vstup je cez hlavný vchod potom sa dáte doľava a pri Giraffe bakery bude niekto pre Vás otvárať dvere. Vstup 18.45 - 19:15.)

V objekte - vo dvore - Novej Cvernovky je platené parkovisko, vjazd je cez železný plot hneď za budovou Cvernovky.

Príspevok: 20 € / 18 €/ 15 €/ - koľko si môžete dovoliť
Ľudia na rodičovskej, študenti a tí čo prvý krát prišli tancovať 12 €
Dôchodcovia - 5 €

Naše pravidlá pre účastníkov sú nasledovné:

1. Spoločne vytvárame bezpečný priestor aby sme sa mohli slobodne prejaviť v pohybe

2. ⁠Stretávame sa, aby sme tancovali 5Rytmov

3. ⁠Na tanečnom parkete sa zdržiavame rozhovorov

4. ⁠Vypíname svoje telefóny

5. ⁠Sme ohľaduplní k sebe, k ostatným a k priestoru


Prineste si prosím fľašu s vodou. Máme tam k dispozíci vankúše na sedenie, ak potrebujete, prineste si deku. .

What is 5Rhythms®?
5Rhythms is a simple form of meditation in motion that anyone can practice, regardless of age, experience, or physical ability.
There are no steps to follow, no choreography to learn, and no fear of doing it wrong. The only requirements are a body that still breathes, a heart that still beats, and a mind that is still curious.

The music for dancing to the 5Rhythms® wave is compiled for you by Miša Trizuljaková, the only accredited 5Rhythms® teacher in Slovakia.

Every Wednesday, we dance at Nová Cvernovka, in the TELOCVIČŇA space. Residential Center for Dance,
The gym has oak parquet flooring covered with ballet flooring.

Enter through the main entrance, then turn left and someone will open the door for you at Giraffe Bakery. Admission is from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

There is a paid parking lot in the courtyard of Nová Cvernovka, with the entrance through an iron fence just behind the Cvernovka building.

Our rules for participants are as follows:

1. Together we create a safe space so that we can freely express ourselves in movement

2. ⁠We meet to dance the 5Rhythms

3. ⁠We refrain from talking on the dance floor

4. We turn off our phones

5. We are considerate of ourselves, others, and the space


Please bring a bottle of water. We have cushions available for sitting, but if you need a blanket, please bring one.
