Reiki Circle: Supermoon Ritual✨(with yoga, reiki, meditation)

Our monthly Reiki Ritual consists of three parts: Yin Yoga and Journalling, Ayurvedic Elixirs, and Reiki Energy Work.

The Beaver Supermoon in the sign of Gemini awakens within us a desire to experience something new, exciting, and daring.

Programme: We will begin our monthly ritual with a gentle Yin Yoga session to release tension. This will be followed by a vegan, organic Ayurvedic adaptogen drink for you to enjoy. Adaptogens are biologically active plant compounds that support the body in managing stress and help foster inner calm. These organic elixirs will gently guide us into a Reiki Meditation. As you rest, energy work will help restore balance and the flow of energy throughout your body. As always, yoga mats, neck bolsters, sleep masks, and cosy blankets will be provided.

• Reiki Energy Work.
