❤️ The basic course of ABC Via Ferrat-HZS Martinske Hole ❤️
Place: Little Fatra in Slovakia! 🔝
➡ Basics of movement ergonomics taken from climbing.
➡ Basic and advanced techniques for overcoming via ferrat.
➡ Proper protection using the lunge for via ferrat and with the help of simple cable techniques (use of the set for the Edelrid via ferrata belay kit II protection set).
➡ Rules for moving around ferrats (security).
➡ Basics of child protection on via ferratów (discussion, exercises),
➡ What is a flight on via ferrats and what effects it has.
➡ Planning and tactic of the mountain exit. 🎯
➡ Sanging Martinske Hole in one of the most beautiful corners of Slovakia - Little Fatra. A place where we start classes - Martin.
