About event

Tea specialists Gatzke, Heuduk & Gwinner will guide you through the world of tea in the workshop from the tip of the leaf to the perfect pairing.

From the delicate leaf tip to the perfect pairing: In this workshop, the three experienced tea specialists Jean Paul Gatzke, Darryl Heuduk and Oliver Gwinner will introduce you to the multifaceted world of tea. You will get an overview of the training paths, everyday tasks and areas of application of a tea sommelier and discover at three interactive stations how diverse tea can be enjoyed and used creatively - whether pure, as a cocktail or in combination with selected dishes. 🍵✨

+ Analyze tea sensorily – color, scent, taste & texture 🌿👃👅

+ Mix tea cocktails & try out food pairing 🍹🍵

About the actors:

Ticket Sales:

You must order workshop tickets before the workshop, the number of participants for the workshop is limited. Participation in this workshop costs 5 euros (also for students) and is free with a student ID. Why are we offering paid tickets this year? The restaurants put a lot of effort into creating a pleasant experience for you. Unfortunately, in recent years, workshops have often been booked and then not attended. We thought that was a shame because other interested parties couldn't take part. The fee is intended to ensure that this happens less. The money will be donated to the #proudtokellner initiative.
