Dive into the world of specialty coffee: In this workshop you will learn you how to taste and evaluate coffee professionally. Together you will carry out coffee cupping according to international protocol, analyze aromas, texture and taste, grind and brew samples and discuss the results. A sensory journey that shows how much craftsmanship, knowledge and passion there is in every cup. ☕🌱

About the actors:
Fjord Coffee Roasters and Silo Coffee have been shaping the Berlin specialty coffee scene for almost a decade. Silo, one of the pioneering cafés of the third wave movement, is known for seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine and progressive coffee service. Fjord supplies carefully selected and roasted coffees to leading cafes and restaurants across Europe. The workshop will be led by Anna, Head Roaster at Fjord Coffee Roasters, and Mark, Fjords Wholesale Manager.

You must order workshop tickets before the workshop, the number of participants for the Workshop is limited. Participation in this workshop costs 5 euros (also for students) and is free with a student ID. Why are we offering paid tickets this year? The restaurants put a lot of effort into creating a pleasant experience for you. Unfortunately, in recent years, workshops have often been booked and then not attended. We thought that was a shame because other interested parties couldn't take part. The fee is intended to ensure that this happens less. The money will be donated to the #proudtokellner initiative.
