Flexibility, acrobatics and dance class

Good morning! 🌻

We meet on Fridays at 7pm at the entrance to the Ciutadella park to train, breathe and improve posture through acrobatics, dance and flexibility exercises.

The idea is to share a moment together, release tension, relax and improve your physical condition through movement and conscious connection with the body.

Whether you are a movement fan or just starting out, I assure you that I can help you 😉 The class is all levels!

I know that we all do not have a high budget and therefore taking care of one should not be a luxury.

Therefore, the class is a conscious contribution, according to your possibilities.
