I organize this class for all art and movement lovers! 🧘‍♀️🤸‍♀️ ✨🙏

The objective of the class is to train strength and flexibility from the level of each one, with care, love and poetry.

I will share with you tools that I have worked throughout my career that are contorting (flexibility and strength), vertical (beginner/intermediate level), acrobatics, improvisation and choreographic writing.

I will give the first class this Friday from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. by finding them at the entrance of the Ciutadela Park. ⛲

The class is a conscious contribution 😌🤝

For class only a comfortable clothes will be needed in which they feel free to move!
