DIVERSITY Konferenz 2025

The specialist conference for diversity in the world of work on November 19th and 20th, 2025, organized by the Charter of Diversity e.V.

The pressure on diversity work is growing. Politically, socially, sometimes also internally.

It is all the more important to continue determinedly. That's exactly what the DIVERSITY Conference 2025 is about: new impulses, strategic approaches and the exchange with others who support diversity, advance it and take courage together.

#NowFirstRight is an invitation and a clear announcement.

Experience a day that will advance you professionally and empower you personally. With exciting formats, open conversations and many moments that last.

Wednesday, November 19th, 2025: Pre-eve event

Thursday, November 20th, 2025: Conference day
