The Charter of Diversity e. V. is the largest employing initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions in Germany. It is committed to an appreciative and prejudice -free work environment in which all employees - regardless of age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and worldview, sexual orientation and social origin can develop their potential. More than 6,500 organizations have signed the certificate - the Charter of Diversity - to this day. The non -profit association supports through publications, events and other projects in implementing diversity management in their own organization.
