With chef Micha Schäfer you will learn how to professionally cut ducks from producer Lars Odefey and prepare them using a variety of techniques.

From the whole duck to a culinary experience: In this workshop you will learn together Chef Micha Schäfer explains how ducks from producer Lars Odefey are professionally cut up and prepared using various techniques. It's not just about craftsmanship, but also about conscious handling of the entire animal - and about understanding food in all its diversity and value. 🦆🔪

About the actor:

The Nobelhart & Dirty is considered a pioneer of a new dining culture: uncompromisingly regional, networked in the gastronomy ecosystem and with a clear focus on producers and sustainable action. Culinary director Micha Schäfer has shaped the kitchen of the house since it was founded. With his responsible farming, producer Lars Odefey stands for quality that sets standards.

Ticket sale:

You must order workshop tickets before the workshop, the number of participants for the Workshop is limited. Participation in this workshop costs 5 euros (also for students) and is free with a student ID. Why are we offering paid tickets this year? The restaurants put a lot of effort into creating a pleasant experience for you. Unfortunately, in recent years, workshops have often been booked and then not attended. We thought that was a shame because other interested parties couldn't take part. The fee is intended to ensure that this happens less. The money will be donated to the #proudtokellner initiative.
