Developers Meetup, organized by Slovak Game Developers Association, is a regular informal meeting for all enthusiasts and professionals from the game industry in Slovakia. This is a great opportunity for people interested in the development of games, be it programmers, artists, designers, or students, for networking, exchange of experience, watching presentations and lectures, as well as a presentation of their own projects and getting a feedback. The aim of these meetups is to build a community, sharing knowledge and support of the Slovak gaming industry, and they are open to all who are interested in this area. We will introduce how to effectively structure weekly sprints, set realistic goals, maintain the quality of outputs at a fast pace pace and coordinate work between departments.
