❓Game Developers Meetup, organized Slovak Game Developers Association, is a regular informal meeting for all enthusiasts and professionals. This is a great opportunity for people interested in the development of games, be it programmers, artists, designers, or students, for networking, exchange of experience, watching presentations and lectures, as well as a presentation of their own projects and getting a feedback. The aim of these meetups is to build a community, sharing knowledge and support of the Slovak gaming industry, while they are open to all who are interested in this area. The idea of how it should be. This lecture describes in detail the design of game mechanics from the first steps (assignment, intention, research) to writing and maintenance. This is not a collection of boring "Best Practices", mostly personal experiences and specific examples that will be interested not only for designers from large teams, but also India developers, beginners and students. He has more than 8 years of experience in the development of games. It is mostly devoted to the design system, narrative design, localization and other aspects of design. He lectured at conferences like GDC, Game Days, Comics Salon and others. When Luke first saw on the screen of the computer he received from his father, the attackers from space, he found that video games had become an integral part. He was so much that he decided to work in addition to playing. Seven years ago, he jumped to the Pixel Federation, where he currently acts as the Lead Level Designer on the Diggy's Adventure mobile game, where he and other team members create additional new adventures for their faithful players.
