About the actor:
Aroma Haus has stood for authentic cuisine from Aleppo since 1999. After arriving in Germany in 2017, the Khoja family turned their passion for Syrian hospitality into a successful catering business. The focus is on chef Sawsan Khoja, who was introduced to the secrets of Aleppine cuisine by her grandmother as a teenager. Today, together with her husband, she brings the soul of her homeland to every table - with dedication, authenticity and the desire to combine culture and cuisine.

Ticket sale:
You must order workshop tickets before the workshop, the number of participants for the Workshop is limited. Participation in this workshop costs 5 euros (also for students) and is free with a student ID. Why are we offering paid tickets this year? The restaurants put a lot of effort into creating a pleasant experience for you. Unfortunately, in recent years, workshops have often been booked and then not attended. We thought that was a shame because other interested parties couldn't take part. The fee is intended to ensure that this happens less. The money will be donated to the #proudtokellner initiative.
