About event
"Gravitational collapse" is a sci-fi about the struggle of hope ... a match for the will to live ...
"In the painful loss of a parent's hope and your own center of life you don't lose-you definitely grow up ... Losing a lifelong partner will lose your own personality ... The common life together, the harder to force self -giving to fight… ” - Viki Janašková (2025)
The text of the production was created on the writer's writer's stories and songwriter Miloš Janoušek Čierna Voda and Alternatw, who come from the author's estate. The production offers reflection on the topics: What does it mean in the life of a person's loss, the gripping of the need to gradually cope with them and capture the mechanisms of transforming past reality into a new present form, into its new images so that there is no need to displace the past? The production also continues the line of grotesque ferry and theater fantasy and closes the unfinished trilogy of the productions of the story of VU (2012) and flooding (2014), which, like gravitational collapse (2025), originated the dramatization of stories by Milos Janoušek and open the topics of coping with the past. The mind has two positions: We have gone out to look at our inner being. - Sogjal Rinpoche: Tibetan Book on Life and Death
Authors: Milos Janoušek - Viki Janoušková
Scenography: Jakub Branický
Director: Štefan Korenči
