About the Actor:

Roman knows gastronomy from all perspectives. As team lead at JÓMO, he ensures that service, cuisine and guests work together perfectly. With clear announcements, smart solutions and a sense of cooperation, he shows how to take responsibility and motivate a team - without losing your good mood.

Ticket sale:

You must order workshop tickets before the workshop, the number of participants for the Workshop is limited. Participation in this workshop costs 5 euros (also for students) and is free with a student ID. Why are we offering paid tickets this year? The restaurants put a lot of effort into creating a pleasant experience for you. Unfortunately, in recent years, workshops have often been booked and then not attended. We thought that was a shame because other interested parties couldn't take part. The fee is intended to ensure that this happens less. The money will be donated to the #proudtokellner initiative.
