About event
Concert cycle Music & Wine combines classical music under the guarantee of the Czech Philharmonic and top Moravian wine. Already the 8th year of this cultural event takes place again in the beautiful environment of the Hotel Passage in Brno at Lidická. In a program composed of works of Czech, Austrian, French, British, Italian, Spanish and American authors, we pay tribute to the biggest legends of the Brno race track. Each competitor will be represented by a composition from his birthplace performed by the chamber orchestra of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra under the leadership of the first representative of the concert master Irena Jakubcová. As soloists, two young musicians from the Brno Conservatory and two from the Conservatory in Prague will start to the symbolic "music race". The main guide will be the CEO of the Czech Philharmonic David Mareček. The concert program
