About event
One hundred voices of the American gospel choir Jeremy Winston Chorale will come to Prague and resound the Smetana Hall of the Municipal House. One hundred unique performers, whose vocal abilities and enthusiasm took them to the very top, accompanied by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra. The audience will hear part of their wide repertoire, from gospel, black spiritual to classical music.
The founder and artistic director of the choir is Jeremy Winston, a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a sought-after educator and recipient of the John F. Kennedy Medal. He is the creator of this unique program specially prepared for the Prague Proms, and will also conduct the conductor's baton.
