Rent or apartment building in Brno on Rooseveltova Street, which has been a protected cultural monument since 1958–1987, dominates its historicizing richly structured facade.

Reservation.

four -storey terraced house in the former street on the walls was built in 1871–1872 according to a project of young Brno architect Arnold Weber, whose builder was Eduard Exner. The construction of the rental house was completed at a time when the first phase of the construction of the former part of the round class, which was mainly reserved for housing, ended. The apartment building was used for rental housing with several apartments, as well as the premises used for administrative purposes. The pilasters delimiting window openings on the seven -axis facade form a wide range of styles of the Doric, Ionian and Corinthian Order. The concept of opposition to side by side of the stucco decoration inspired by the Renaissance and the unplastered smooth brick surface was also used. The Piano Nobile palace solution situated on the second floor, as the main floor, is emphasized by the cordon cornice and the cone balustrade. The façade is therefore divided into three horizontal units, into the elevated plinth zone, which included mesonet floors, and on the three-storey area of Bel-Etage with purizing ground floor.
