About event
An evening full of peace and conscious movement right at Devín Castle. During selected summer dates, visitors will be able to relax with gentle movement and a short meditation. Accompanied by a slow "flow" exercise, they relax their body and mind - let their thoughts quiet down, slow down their breathing and feel the present moment. At Devín Castle, they will enjoy the sunset together, deepen their breath and relax their bodies.
The partner of the event is Yoga House.
