About event
In the lessons, we will focus on healthy movement, improving posture, strengthening the center of the body, stretching and relaxing shortened muscles and tendons. We avoid exercises that are not optimal for the spine. There will also be space for proper breathing training and relaxation.
The course will take place in a small group, max. 10 people
Yoga will help you acquire the right movement habits and ensure your health, mental and physical well-being.
At the end of the lesson, we relax, calm down and harmonize ourselves.
Price: 1 lesson - €9 if you want to come once, sign up in the reservation calendar
Package of 6 lessons - €50 in the package you have 1 spare and 50% discount on 1 red light therapy (RLT)
Package of 12 lessons - €90 you save €10 and in the package you have 2 replacements and 50% discount on 1 red light therapy
Lessons will always be on Tuesdays, the first lesson will be 13.1. at 18:15, please arrive on time.
You can use up spare lessons only within the duration of the course, at any yoga lesson where there is a free place. You must sign up for a substitute in the reservation calendar.
