About event
The annual family yoga in Stromovka is back and we are looking forward to a great atmosphere on yoga for parents and children under the crowns of trees. 🧘️🌳💚
🌸 When?
Tuesday 17.20 - 18.20 PM Children will also play yoga games and will not miss relaxation techniques. We will also try exercises with simpler acrobatic elements.
part of the lesson will be dedicated to your parents to stretch. Children play with others or have a common picnic. We are mostly here: https://mapy.cz/s/lonapanahu
We will practice in the shade of trees, but I recommend to lubricate with sunscreen both ourselves and children. Also take the insect repellent. Old children to prepare aids.
Suitable for children from about 18 months. The upper age limit is not. Najióná! 🧘️☀️💚
