🤰 GRAVID YOGA - new course from March 25✨

We invite expectant mothers to an 8-week course of gravid yoga - a kind and conscious movement that supports body and mental well-being during pregnancy.

Gravid yoga helps:
- relax the back, low back and hips
- improve posture and pelvic flexibility
- promote blood circulation and oxygenation of the body even babies
– relieve digestive problems, swelling and tension
– learn conscious breathing useful during childbirth
– reduce stress and anxiety, promote inner peace
– deepen the connection with the baby
– strengthen confidence in one's own body and preparation for birth

For whom:
The course is intended for pregnant women from the 12th week of pregnancy.

💛 The course will be led by Nelka Brezániová
a yoga instructor from the Radosť Center in Žilina, who has specialized in working with pregnant women and women after childbirth for more than 7 years.

She came to yoga during her own pregnancy, when she was expecting her son. Thanks to yoga, conscious movement and breathing exercises, she survived a harmonious pregnancy and a beautiful, conscious birth.

She believes that when a woman connects more deeply with her baby during pregnancy, finds inner peace and trust in her body, childbirth and motherhood can be a natural and loving experience.
