Letné cvičenie s Vladom Šuchterom

Every Thursday, we will practice yoga with elements of pilates, balances and stretching with Vlad Šuchter every Thursday before work. We will exercise on the grassy area on the cross -country track in the leisure area on the Small Carpathian Square. In the case of morning rain, the exercise is canceled. After the night rain, the exercise moves to the basketball area of the leisure area.
From 7:30 to 8:30.
