We start with a key-note of Sabine Biesheuvel (Blue City).  She presents her research into the existing and future circular economy and the possible interpretation of a circular hub in this part of the Maker District , which she has done on behalf of the Port Authority and the municipality. She has sketched a mission, vision, the earnings model and possible activities of a hub, with the focus on the Galileipark.
