Medicine Music Workshop with Curawaka in Bratislava
(For English scroll Down)
What is medical music? How is the sound becoming a medicine? How can we grow up in musicians who share music that brings treatment? Each of them has a long journey of a musician. Everyone has their own story, tool, technique and musical specialty. Thanks to Medicia Music Workshop, each member of Curawaka offers his view of the nature of sound medicine and sharing techniques on how to cultivate this healing frequency when playing music. Emphasis is always placed that the participants understand the cultural context and the importance of connecting with places and traditions.
Through various exercises, authenticity, spontaneity and the importance of the trick are practiced. The finishing of the workshop is the form of a Jam session and/or a singing circle. The form of sharing joy and connection that is important for Medicine Music.
The workshop is for all. Beginners and music masters. Without the need for previous experience. If you are playing a tool, feel free to take it to the final pit session. Contact
