Na Hrad za Havlem

In the series of exploring the architecture of Prague Castle and its gardens, participants will reach the era of Václav Havel, renewed democracy, reconstruction of historical buildings and other premises, and especially to the time when the castle is accessible to the public. During the walk, they will be involved in the cooperation of Václav Havel with such architects and architects such as Eva Jiřičná, Miroslav Masák, Bořek Šípek and Josef Pleskot. With art historian Markéta Čejková, the participants will go through the deer moat even in the castle courtyards, and will also imagine minor interventions or interior modifications. And it will conclude with the hope that Prague Castle will again open freely to the public as an integral part of the public city space.
