passionate about the sport since I was a child, Luís practiced artistic gymnastics for 16 years. 9 years ago he found tools to integrate body, mind, self -knowledge and expansion of consciousness. Formed in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga by Yoga Inbound Barcelona, ​​in Spain, and in restorative yoga with Raquel Peres, Luís also conducted two alignment courses with Raquel Peres and Pedro Moreno, in addition to a creative sequencing course.
