Why embrace your monster?

The monster in us doesn't have to be something bad.
It can be something that is too much.
Too sensitive.
Too free.
Too strong.
Too gentle.
Too much yourself.

And that's why it's often hidden.

When we look at the word monster, it can also be read as:
"pri/í šero" - to be near the darkness.
At the border of light and darkness.

Many things in our lives are just like that.
Shady. "Shady" families.
Children who take over the unfulfilled needs of adults.
Or disconnect from them.

We need to do something about it.
The question is whether we have the courage to do it.

This weekend is an invitation to recognize the beauty of our monsters and learn to transform their power into a conscious, clear communication of needs.

Whether it is that:
– what I need for myself
– what I need from others
– how to ask for a hug, help, space
– how to take responsibility
– how to listen to the hidden signals of the body, voice, gaze

We will work through:
– work with the body and bodywork
– unshaming
– dreaming
– elements of constellations
– work with boundaries, relationships and responsibility

Down to earth. True. No esoteric sugar.

This weekend is about:
not being "shady" to yourself or others
and at the same time knowing how to protect yourself where someone is shady - unconsciously or consciously.
