About lecturer Katarína Brestovanská:

Thanks to dance I live! I love to look at dancing, moving body, analyze and create it. I am a dance and choreographic autodidactist and in my artistic practice I focus on the creation of free as well as stylized movement in which the principles of somatic approach, work with space (spatial dynamics) and
energy flow (qi-kang). Andragogy - adult education. In 2011, I stood at the birth of a civic association New Space - International Center for Education, Research and Creating of New Dance and Physical Theater in Bratislava. I am engaged in my own choreographic activity under the EN VoNTOE brand. Between 2017 and 2022 I worked with various choreographers and groups in Germany, where I was inspired by the overlaps of dance and choreography to scientific and social sectors. Until 2025, I worked for the center of choreographic development SE.S.TA in Prague, where I focused on the reflection of dance and its production activities. I am currently working in the study of experience and free choreographic leg.
Looking forward to seeing you!
