Ranné pohybové hodiny TICHÁ SILA RÁNA

A gentle morning awakening of the body and mind through flowing exercises based on somatic work, qigong and elements of Spatial Dynamics.

We will activate the body with various techniques, work with movement harmony and gradually work our way from the space in the body to the body in space.

Movement exercises will support your natural flow of energy, or release tension and get you in a good mood for the day.

The lessons are intended for everyone who wants to start the day in motion, to awaken their vitality and inspiration for the new day.

Principles with which we will work:
- Activation of the skeletal structure and joints as preparation for movement
- Mapping the body, its details, individually or in pairs
- Leading the movement through individual parts of the body into space
- Movement structure and its dynamics
- Imagination and space
- Support of movement through work with breath and energy

About the teacher Katarína Brestovanska:

I live thanks to dance! I love to look at dance, the moving body, analyze the movement and create it. I am a self-taught dancer and choreographer, and in my artistic practice I devote myself to creating free as well as stylized movement, in which the principles of a somatic approach, working with space (Spatial Dynamics) and
energy flow (chi-kung) are intertwined.

I graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of the Comenius University in Bratislava, department andragogy - adult education. In 2011, I was at the birth of the civil association Nový Priestor - the International Center for Education, Research and Creation of New Dance and Physical Theater in Bratislava. I am engaged in my own choreographic activity under the brand En Vorentoe.

Between the years 2017 - 2022, I collaborated with various choreographers and groups in Germany, where I was inspired by the overlaps of dance and choreography into scientific and social sectors. Until 2025, I worked for the Center for Choreographic Development SE.S.TA in Prague, where I devoted myself to the reflection of dance and its production activity. I currently work in the Experience Studio and as a freelance choreographer.
