About event
Self-discovery in movement combines elements of movement improvisation, the basics of martial arts, the art of feedback and short reflections after exercise, which can bring you closer to a greater awareness of your relationship to yourself, the world and others.
Designed for men and women who want to know themselves more deeply and refine their work with their boundaries.
Who can do it:
It is not a format for complete beginners. It is suitable for those who have at least a basic relationship with movement and the desire to get to know themselves.
What you will take away:
Greater self-awareness, a clearer perception of your own boundaries and physical flow.
How:
Through different types of movement, cooperation in pairs, feedback, short reflections after exercise and last but not least through playfulness.
Why:
To we felt the boundaries of myself and others better.
What it develops in me:
A truer relationship to myself, to what I do, to what my boundaries really are, and to the world around me.
Please come at least 15 minutes early so that we can start on time.
Entry:
€20 - (For the first event) then €23 one time
