Our topic is the ** contrast between playful lightness and taking itself seriously ** - two qualities, both of which are indispensable and complement each other. Playful lightness opens doors: it brings humor, curiosity and a certain freedom to explore our inner world. It allows us to try things out without having to have a result immediately.
It is just as important to counter our seriousness. Our feelings, injuries and inner shares deserve respect and full attention. Only when we take ourselves seriously does trust arise and a basis on which healing becomes possible.
That evening we give both aspects of the same amount of space **. Through guided meditations and mindful parts, we research how lightness and seriousness dance together - and how it creates deeper access to compassion, connection and inner growth.
