Psychoaktive Meditation
Together we create a room for spontaneous, intuitive insights and new surprising perspectives on us and the world.
The change between a dynamic exchange and mostly silent meditation is central.
In contrast to calming and focusing forms of meditation, we openly and actively turn to our diverse and multi -layered inner life.
Feelings such as tension, fear, envy, pride or trouble can be there, they belong to our basic equipment and are part of our emotional vitality. We do not want to get rid of or overcome them, but accept them and understand them at the lower level.
The more in meditation happens! A lot can also happen at the same time. We are able to cut different things, levels or dimensions at the same time if we practice a little.
We draw from various systems: the IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy, focusing and Buddhist (self) compassion meditation.
The aim is to increase our neuroplasticity and a sustainable expansion of our consciousness.
