Homemade bubbling drinks: Georgios shows in this bar workshop Chmalatze, Head Bartender at Château Royal, how to create your own sodas and carbonated cocktails. You'll learn how a soda machine works in the bar, make your own soda and then mix a sparkling signature drink - including professional tips for taste, balance and presentation. 🍸💨

About the actor:
The Greek Georgios Chmalatze is a specialist in mixology and cocktail creation. After working in renowned bars in Greece and in Berlin's Crackers, he is now head bartender at the Château Royal with his creative ideas and excellent hosting.

This workshop will take place in English.
Participation must be 18 years old.
This workshop will take place in the hotel bar in the Château Royal.

You must order workshop tickets before the workshop, the number of participants for the Workshop is limited. Participation in this workshop costs 5 euros (also for students) and is free with a student ID. Why are we offering paid tickets this year? The restaurants put a lot of effort into creating a pleasant experience for you. Unfortunately, in recent years, workshops have often been booked and then not attended. We thought that was a shame because other interested parties couldn't take part. The fee is intended to ensure that this happens less. The money will be donated to the #proudtokellner initiative.
