About event
💃Free & conscious dance with Markéta. Sunday journey to each other. This time on the topic: ROOTED IN YOURSELF: pelvic strength, back support.
👉Registration: schedule and reservation Studio Rovnováha: https://1url.cz/zeRPC
🪷I invite you to the last dance before the holidays! To the June movement, in which together we will discover a strength that we can really lean on. We have it in our center – in the pelvis, hips and back.
💗We will focus on stability, releasing tension and moving the hips and loins. We allow the movement to be fluid and soft, so that we can draw strength and peace from it in dance and in everyday life.
🦶It is not necessary to have dance experience, just the desire to move.
EVERYONE CAN DANCE!
We can already do that if we have the freedom and a safe space for it - and we will create it together.
What awaits you during the 120 minutes:
- tune-up: we start quietly on the ground. Time for breath, connection with yourself and gentle stretching.
- conscious warm-up: gradual grounding and "friendship" with the body through the movement of individual parts (body parts).
- dance wave: the music will guide you from softness through dynamic rhythm to the final silence.
- freedom and authenticity: we dance to internal and external impulses - spontaneously, for ourselves, without judgment.
- integration and calmness: good ending, final relaxation, stretching and closing together in a circle with tea and the possibility of sharing.
If you have health or other restrictions, please let me know in advance! I will be happy to offer you relief variants of movement.
We dance with respect for ourselves and others.
