Airy, buttery, golden brown: In this workshop, chef and Owner Lukas Mann explains how the perfect brioche is made - from preparing the dough to the finished French toast. You will learn how to make the dough correctly, bake it and then arrange the pastries creatively. A sweet insight into the fine art of breakfast that Breakfast 3000 is known for. 🍞☀️

About the actor:
Lukas Mann is the founder, owner and head chef of Breakfast 3000. After his training at the Bleiche Resort & Spa, he gained experience in the Brasserie Desbrosses at The Ritz-Carlton and in the Lorenz Adlon dining room. With Breakfast 3000, he has created a brand that stands for "Berlin's better breakfast": elaborately created breakfast dishes with the best ingredients, seven days a week. Together with her husband, she now brings the soul of her homeland to every table - with dedication, authenticity and the desire to combine culture and cuisine.

You must order workshop tickets before the workshop, the number of participants for the Workshop is limited. Participation in this workshop costs 5 euros (also for students) and is free with a student ID. Why are we offering paid tickets this year? The restaurants put a lot of effort into creating a pleasant experience for you. Unfortunately, in recent years, workshops have often been booked and then not attended. We thought that was a shame because other interested parties couldn't take part. The fee is intended to ensure that this happens less. The money will be donated to the #proudtokellner initiative.
