About the actor:
Wei-En Chan founded Cozymazu in 2016 and opened Bar Schwipps together with Jonas Baganz in 2022. The focus here is on hospitality - inspired by the concept of tea drunk (cha zui), in which it is not alcohol but tea that ensures exhilarating lightness.
Notes:
Photo and video recordings are taken at all "Gönn Dir Gastro" workshops. These are used for public relations work by Berlin Food Week GmbH and the respective restaurants in print media, on the website and in social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Ticket sale:
You must order workshop tickets before the workshop, the number of participants for the Workshop is limited. Participation in this workshop costs 5 euros (also for students) and is free with a student ID. Why are we offering paid tickets this year? The restaurants put a lot of effort into creating a pleasant experience for you. Unfortunately, in recent years, workshops have often been booked and then not attended. We thought that was a shame because other interested parties couldn't take part. The fee is intended to ensure that this happens less. The money will be donated to the #proudtokellner initiative.
