Tesařova vila

The freestanding villa by architect Bohuslav Fuchs with three separate housing units is a proof of the architect's efforts to bring round shapes back to otherwise strict functionalism. These efforts have been reflected in his work since the mid -1930s and can be compared to the nearby Petráková villa. Bohuslav Fuchs processed for spouses to the carpenter, unfortunately, unfortunately unfortunately unpaid plans for furniture distribution, in which he also marked the location of older furniture from the previous apartment. The couple moved into the house in July 1938, and in the same month the construction was also approved. Over the years, the villa has undergone only a few reconstructions. There were only changes in the house to the minimum extent and in most it was the rehabilitation of the original condition. The ground plan is formed by the penetration of two rectangles, where the larger of them enclosed a semicircular layout with loggias. Economic and technical background was located in a common basement, even with the original apartment of the gardener. On the first floor there is a freedom and an apartment with a central hall, from which the main living area with bed enclosure was accessible.

Similarly, the central hall is a communication junction on the second floor, where there is a more spacious kitchen with a room for a maid and bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. The apartment in the upper living floor is a winter garden situated in the western part of the loggia. The main entrance is located in the western facade and in the interior is followed by a rectangular staircase. The land with the villa with the villa separates the preserved original fencing with a gate on a stone retaining wall. B object is used as a family (residential) house, the descendants of the original builders. The purpose of use has not changed since construction. In 2011 the villa was reconstructed under the leadership of the architectural studio of Tišnovka.
