TINCON (https://tincon.org/) is the festival for digital youth culture for everyone between the ages of 13 and 25.

On November 21, 2025, TINCON is coming to Dresden for the first time - how exciting! In cooperation with the competition, we find German Multimedia Prize mb21 will take place.

One day will everything at the conference for (digital) youth culture revolve around current trends from politics, pop culture and digital! Numerous speakers will pass on their knowledge and skills at talks, panels and workshops.

< p>IMPORTANT: The TINCON is a free event exclusively for everyone from 13 to 25 years old!

What are the opening times of TINCON?

Friday, November 21, 2025 / Start of program: 9: 00 a.m.

I am a teacher, teacher or group leader and would like to come with my class or a group. Is that possible?

Yes, it is possible. You can easily register yourself and your class or group online. Here is the corresponding link to the form: Register school classes & youth groups

But please understand that certain parts of the program, such as workshops, are really only intended for young guests, so you may not be able to be there everywhere can. There will be special program items such as workshops for teachers. All information about this is on our website.

Do I have to print out my ticket?< /strong>

No, you don't have to. Digital proof is also sufficient using the Eventbrite app on your smartphone.

Do I have to identify myself at the entrance? Is there an age restriction for TINCON?

The TINCON is only open to visitors between the ages of 13 and 25 and to teachers accompanied by their class or people accompanying youth groups! Please bring your student ID card or, if you are 16 years old, your ID card as proof of age.

Companions of young people with disabilities have free entry and can of course also be over 25.

How much do the tickets cost?

Participation in TINCON is free of charge for the above-mentioned people! But you definitely need a ticket, which you can get here on Eventbrite.

Cancellation! Unfortunately I can't come. Can I return my ticket?

Oh no, what a shame! :(

As there is always a long waiting list before our events and we have to cancel many interested parties shortly before the start of the event, a failure to show up without a timely cancellation would be particularly regrettable and consequential for others. Please cancel your ticket as soon as possible via Eventbrite under "My Tickets" or let us know in good time (email to [email protected]) so that someone on the waiting list can move up!

I'm older than 25, but still want to be there.

If you are older than 25, simply become a volunteer at the conference for digital youth culture. Volunteer to help set up and dismantle! in technology, accreditation, gaming and workshop support or in the making space! You take on a shift and can watch the event for the rest of the day.

Me would like to be available for interviews at TINCON stand.

We have received many inquiries from press representatives (print, TV, radio, online) who would like to get an on-site picture and report on TINCON. We are very pleased about this because the reporting will help us to draw more attention to the culture and concerns of young people. If you would like to be available for interviews and photos at TINCON but are still under 18, please bring a signed Declaration of consent his legal guardian. We also have a short Info text written for your parents. You will then receive a sticker at the entrance that identifies you as a “TINCON press spokesperson”. If you are already 18 and would like to give interviews, please let us know upon entry. Of course, the declaration of consent does not oblige you to do anything. Because you decide for yourself whether you want to talk to journalists or a TV team!
