The meditation program has 2 main parts:
1. Dancing - This phase is about letting go of worries and saying goodbye to the year 2024. It's an opportunity to relax the body and leave everything old behind.
2. Cosmic Heart Meditation – In this phase, the connection with oneself and with cosmic love deepens. The goal is to feel unconditional love, inner peace and gratitude.
