Conscious movement will help you get to know yourself, at the same time quiet the mind, stir up energy and make you aware of the present moment.
Every lesson is different, it brings new knowledge about yourself, your body. Sometimes the positions are more demanding, other times more gentle, we slow down for a while, then we try something new again.
We move dynamically from pose to pose, guided by our breath and the possibilities of our body.
At the end, there is a well-deserved relaxation, connection info your inner self. The class is suitable for people who have already tried yoga, but the positions can always be adjusted and simplified.
Yoga mats and other props are available in the studio, it is not necessary to bring your own.
However, if you have your favorite, feel free to bring it.
